14/15 year old weight training class!!
Must be completed to use the weight room with or without a guardian. Must attend both days to pass. Class will cover weight room rules, etiquette and expected behavior in addition to how to properly use equipment and form workout plans. After passing, 14 and 15 year old participants will receive an ID card to have ON them when using the weight room as standard age rule for weight room is 16 and older.
